Last summer. a group of educators met at the annual SMART Exemplary Educator Summit in Calgary Canada. We came up with the idea to bridge the cultures of our classrooms from different regions around the world, so that our students could get an up close and personal world view of other's world cultures. We plan to do this through social media, Skype, SMART products, traveling mascots, and other ideas the students may come up with along the way.
Follow our journey from Oregon to Chicago to Quebec to Pennsylvania to Maryland to Finland and back to Oregon!
